Ms. Ballard was born in Wertzberg, Germany and raised in Sacramento, CA. She received her B.A. in Drama from UC Davis and her MFA in Acting from USC. Ms. Ballard is a core member of the Quick Silver Theatre Company. She is also a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and Actor's Equity.
